      image I'm calling to make an appointment and ask what insurance they have for my brother-in-law and the very racist receptionist doesn't want to give me any information and he really needs to see the orthopedic doctor. I'm giving this review so they know what kind of receptionist there is.

      I am sorry you had a bad experience when looking for medical care for your brother-in-law. I cannot confirm that it was our office that you called, but I did speak to the staff to ensure that all calls are handled politely. Just to clarify, we do not provide insurance at our office. We are a private orthopedic office that accepts some medical insurance as payment for our services. Because we do not accept ALL medical insurances, we may ask you to provide your insurance information prior to making an appointment.

Maybe you were treated at different facility. Please call us if you feel that you have been treated here. Maybe we can be of some assistance to you.

      image Cant say enough about Dr. Saugy and his staff. They are friendly, helpful and never seem frazzled. I had extreme pain from Multiple tears in my left knee. Dr. Saugy did a great job and I am thankful. I would recommend this office to everyone
