        The only thing they don't charge you for is the oxygen you're breathing inside the building. They will charge you for every service they possibly can so I wouldn't use these people ever again. I gave him 30 days notice that I did not want to continue leasing from them on June 9th. They told me I would still be responsible for June AND JULY rent because they require 30 calendar days notice which is absolutely ridiculous. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL TO ANYONE

        No complaints about the building but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. It took 5 months for them to return my security deposit. They erroneously claimed that they had already transferred it to me, so I had to send hundreds of emails, make hundreds of phone calls, and ultimately delivered bank records and letters to evidence that they were wrong. I was getting ready to sue them when they finally returned my money. I would never lease from this company in the future, and I would dissuade others from doing so as well.
