T.J. Maxx

The person I serve and I love going shopping. We usually go to Marshalls in Batavia which is way more organized and spacious. I thought since the holidays were over this TJ Maxx wouldnt be so cluttered and we would be able to navigate easily. Unfortunately, that was not the case. On google they have the wheelchair emblem showing theyre handicapped accessible, which sure if said person is able to navigate through tight filled aisles with carts of inventory in the walkway and displays cutting off the walk way. Multiple times we ran into that during our visit. We also had very impatient employees that would come up behind us trying to get by. If you see a person in a wheelchair, please have some patience, or go down an aisle to go by them. Im leaving this review because I know that most people who are not in this situation, arent aware of the difficulties someone in a wheelchair and/or developmentally disabled run into daily while out in public.

I'll say this: shopping there is always an adventure. So many great deals to be had but you can never be sure what you'll find.

Organized but crowded as the season changed. Staff working hard to keep it running. Not a hot mess like some I've been to in the past.

Hands down one of my favorite stores to go too. The deals and finds when I go are awesome. I always end up walking out with more than I planned too
