If I could give Joe a Zero, I would. He started a job in Jan. It is now March and the tub he took out is still sitting in the room next door. There are holes in the floor where the plumbing was. He still has two tools here. He said if we paid cash upfront we wouldn't have to pay taxes. We trusted him. He took our money and like the other reviews said, he had all kinds of excuses and didn't show up after 2 short workdays. DO NOT do business with him unless you want him to steal your money. He had 1 negative review at the the time. When I asked him about it, He said, "do you think I could be in business for 20 years and do that to my customers?". The answer is YES.

It would be nice if he finished the job we started in December, which is a heat pump mini split. I will change my review to 5 starts once it's completed. I also paid him up front. Be cautious. The electrical for a 240 is ran from by breaker outside but nothing is connected other than the wire to the breaker. The rest is hanging outside still. This is a huge hazard if the breaker were to be flipped. I want this work done and then he will get 5 stars, but this likely won't happen. He doesn't return phone calls.

Joe was absolutely wonderful. We have two gas heaters that weren't working. One of which has never worked. He was here for around 30 minutes and was able to get everything fully up and running. Highly recommend!

STOLE THOUSANDS OD DOLLARS! DO NOT USE JAGUAR. I used Joe for a few years for plumbing and AC in a few homes. Was quoted $4500 to fix a plumbing issue. When I told him I didnt have that money he offered to lower the price. He knew I was a single mom living in Utah with tenants in my old home in NY. He knew I wasnt some wealthy real estate investor. He never started the job and stole that money. When I reached out to him he said he was in the hospital. He kept promising hed start the job and ghosted me. He never returned the money despite my multiple attempts to get the job completed and ultimately requesting the money back. He wouldnt respond but continued to post about purchasing boats and going on motorcycle rides on his Facebook. This was on April of 2023 so by the time I realized he had just stolen the money the bank said they couldnt help because it was so far out. Attorneys said it would cost a lot to go to court and hed likely not pay or would find a way to not have to pay that money. I never had a problem with him up until he stole my money.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. No STARS is not allowed. An appointment was booked for furnace and duct cleaning. A significant 50% of cost deposit was made. No Show, No Service, No return phone call or update.
