        IF I COULD GIVE THIS BANK ZERO STARS I WOULD! This bank is straight TRASH ATMS never seem to work, always have to wait over an hour just to access a working ATM.

        This is the kind of place that sucks so bad that it makes you want to make 20 more google accounts just so you can leave it 20 more 1 star reviews. Edit: 1/5/24 The workers here just let people skip you on the lines.

        Very small branch, not enough staff or space for the amount of customers that visit this branch. ATM lines can be out the door most of the time. Wait time for a teller or any assistance can take 15-30 minutes easy. Chase really needs a bigger space in this area or open another branch in 167 or MT Eden.
