        From the Security Guard on westchester Ave bank is friendly,and alert. All the staff professional but they make you feel like you can receive their banking assistance quickly and they listen. I cant see well but they assist with my deposit form. When I make a deposit I feel encouraged to save more because I know on my return I will be greeted with respect and courtesy. If I make a large deposit at the atm the security guard smiles and even though he keeps the distance hes watching that no one from outside comes in and grabs ur deposit money. The only thing I miss as a senior are the chairs in the lobby. But many from the public started to abuse that privilege and the depositors couldnt sit. Its a great bank.
