Chase Bank

I've been banking with Chase since 1988 (Chemical Bank back then) because of Direct Deposit. A bulk of my money is here. So much so I'm a Sapphire customer. Still waiting on my free safe deposit box though. This branch has three indoor ATM's and a 10 car parking lot on the side.

Great Chase branch conveniently located for residents. The Manager Mr Sanchez really works with clients to fulfill their banking needs. He goes above and beyond. The Tellers and Agents are friendly, efficient and cheerful. We enjoy transacting business with this bank

This location is not my first choice but I'm glad there is one on the island since this is a quick 5 minute drive. Luckily, I normally only come here to use the ATM but lately there has only been 1 out of the 2 working so if there is more than one person, you'd have to wait and there's not much space since this is a small location.The one time I did have to deal with a representative, it was not that pleasant. He seemed uninterested and like he was rushing me but I had to come back anyway because I didn't have the right documents so I ended up going to another chase.On a positive note- there is a parking lot which is actually larger than you'd think for a smaller location. There is also plenty of street parking around too.

For the most part, this small branch is convenient and clean....HOWEVER, there is one white-haired Caucasian male teller who takes a very long time processing the simplest transaction.  He also asks loudly your personal information and let's everyone else know what type of check you're depositing.  He purposely (or is he really dense?) said I had to produce both signatures on a check even though the payees are either/or NOT and.  I usually go to the atm but I had to get in line for this particular item.  Luckily there was another teller I went to who handled the transaction within a couple of minutes.
