Horrible experience: Came in with a broken screen to be fixed. They lose my contact number and never call me so I end having to physically go to the store every couple days for about a week and a half. Finally, give me a pick up date. Its been 2 weeks. I go in and the guy says give me 10 minutes. I leave and come back and see him taking apart my phone and fixing it in front of me while trying to handle other customers. I should have taken my phone and the new screen and ran. Im there for an hour til its returned. Its wrapped up in rubber bands so I wait to use it. The next day I try to use it and the screen starts freaking out on me opening apps on its own. I go back and the repair guy is not there. Finally a week later I catch him and he says its fine. A couple days later it starts recording me, trys to text and call while opening up every app on it own. It wont even let me shut it off or restart it. I use another phone to record all this. I go in and the guy behind the glass claims I must have dropped it and its not their fault. Keeps repeating, ima take care of you. On top of that, refused to refund my money of nearly $300. If you need your phone fixed, dont go here. They are a bunch of scammers.
