I came to shop with my toddlers and one had to use the bathroom and the lady said there isnt a bathroom for customersI didnt buy anything I wanted and just wont shop there anymore. It was a child that had to use the bathroom.

Need to unclutter isles of skids blocking merchandise so people can see what they want. Need to stop people stealing. The community needs this store because other stores in the area are rip offs .Prices are fair. Need 3 cashiers

Im here on a Wednesday is 8:30 and still not open. If the store manager knows they dont value customers time they should edit opening hour's

Family Dollar is a great store for the community, the staff is friendly and helpful. It has most all our daily needs for low convienent prices . However , I believe the people that work at our local store and the patrons are disrespected because of our low income status . The store gets messy because They're constantly under staffed and they're working in this summer heat with No Air Conditioner! as well as shoppers standing on long lines with no air conditioning. Most customers run in and out because the heat is unbearable. Yes we can do that , go elsewhere but the staff needs to stay there in that unsafe overheated environment till their shift is over That's Not Acceptable !! Please make the necessary changes to improve their work environment and help us have a better shopping experience too ... Thank you
