This place always clean and everything is in place there Good Staff and Not so Good Staff but they have wonderful manager I see when customers have complaints and issues the Manager try her best to accommodate and provide good customer service

I love this store on Castle Hill. Great holiday stuff. Very clean and welcoming. The managers are great too, especially Tony and Lisa

I would give it no stars but its pretty clean inside. Today I went to use the printer for photos of my dog that passed three days ago. An older man whos been working there for years was leaning on the machine. He was on his phone. I said excuse, he said it doesnt work! I didnt even say anything but excuse me. I asked do you mean the machine. He said yeah. It doesnt work brushing me off while talking on his cell phone. I usually get my scripts and last min stuff at this particular rite aide. I wont give this place another cent. I always see that older man walking around doing nothing. Ive seen people stealing infront of him and hes just there for a check. Very sad. He should go on social security or find a new job if hes so miserable there. Ill be driving further away to CVS in throggs neck moving forward.
