        I first went too get help for home base on May 17 2022 took all my documents. The home base gave me an appointment for August 15 2022.The case manager call me saying she can't open my protocol so they close my case also my case manager tells me she going to put me in another section 8 is HCR call me back saying they close my case to the case manager the one did wrong why close my case if it was not my fault. I try to reapply which it say I can I did they told me I can't to go to a shelter which they was forcing me .Home base is to help you not go to shelter my hope went down
