Went to apply for my passport. The person attending me was very understanding and patient. There was a bit of a wait but its understandable because there is only one window.

I agree this post office is the worst. I had one incident with a package being returned back to this location but that's because my mail carrier is a moron. I live in a huge building with a security guard who holds the tenants packages in a room, so the fact that my package was returned to the post office says a lot about how incompetent she is. I requested redelivery only to be told it was at the Ponton Ave post office. When I went there it wasn't there. No one bothered to look. I'm frustrated thinking my package was lost, a couple of days later it was delivered. Thankfully this only happened once. Now for my current mail carrier, she is currently having an affair with one of the porters in my building on company time. Myself and several tenants saw her in the laundry room and going into a break room with this worker. I reported this to the Ponton post office and her supervisor told me that she's allowed to take an 1 hour lunch break. Also it's OK to let people in my building in the mail rooms with her while she is delivering mail. She's been catching attitude with me lately meanwhile I ignore her. I don't approve of what she's doing but I don't pick fights with her. I just want my mail delivered on time. It's a shame this post office is a disgrace.
