THIS GUY NORMAN IS A WALKING MESS. I WALKED UPSTAIRS HE'S WITH A CUSTOMER I ASKED HIM CAN YOU FAX A PAPER ,HE COMPLETELY STOPPED WITH HIS CUSTOMER THE PHONE RANG AND WAS ON THE PHONE FIVE MINUTES BEFORE RETURNING TO HIS CLIENT, WHICH YOU COULD SEE WAS DISGUSTED WITH HIM. I ASKED HIM WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH THE FAX HE SAID TO ME I DON'T CONTROL MACHINES. I CANCELLED THE FAX AND WENT AROUND THE CORNER AND IT WAS FAXED WITHIN ONE MINUTE. I'M SURPRISED HE IS IN BUSINESS FOR SO LONG WHILE OPERATING IN A CONFUSED AND UNPROFESSIONAL WAY
