        Absolutely no customer service, a bad refund policy in short form they are a Rip off and dont deserve a good business.

        I called the store to ask about parts availability & cost. Although it was close to closing time, the associate that I spoke to was very helpful & did not try to rush me just so he could go home. For just this one reason.....I would reccomend Arch Auto to everyone.
