We are sorry your father had a less than lovely experience at Hina. We can only explain our security video shows him pulling in front of the alignment bay as our alignment technician was pulling a vehicle off the lift. He then got out of his car, this if not for our fast acting alignment technician, almost causing an accident. A miscommunication must of led your father to try any park on the containers next to 26th ave. Not 86th street where he was directed. We have very busy active driveways. We apologizes for Louie's behavior in the matter but when there is almost and accident and the whole place is backed up (no egress or ingress) He gets frustrated and overwhelmed. (He vents his frustration by yelling and as we are right under the D train Often NEED to Yell. This is common in Brooklyn and its not meant to disrespect him personally we yell at everyone. Its apart of the MTA making us hard of hearing from the Loud Train. We try to explain on our web site where to park or put your car. Our services are first come first served. We expect people to park on the 86street stillwell ave. side of the driveway and come in the office. We hope if there is a next time you will keep that in mind when coming for a NYS inspection.Be safe and take care.
