I would like to take a moment and thank the staff at bay diagnostics. Its sometime hard finding a good loyal shop to take your car to. Before going here I was told a 100 different things were wrong with my 2013 smart car or was told sorry we dont work on this type of car(lame). They were honest from the beginning, told me it was my clutch and some other minor issues, Which they took care of. My car runs wonderful now and Im so glad for the work they did. Now for question most people want answers .Pricing For the quality of work they do you pay for. I suggest you always call and ask about their labor, the owner is fair and will work with you. He even waived the diagnostic fee which is around 149-175. Dont quote me on that . The job itself was with no delay, I ask if I could have it back in a day and they delivered( make sure you understand that not every job is always possible in a day) Finally the front end (office and billing) The front end was a pleasure to work with, I was confused about something and the owner took his time explaining it and the mechanic even took a second look at the car while I was there to make sure all was to my standards. Remember that in life you pay for the quality and guaranteed in the type of work you want done, sometimes it may be out of your budget but this is why you should always ask pricing and explain your budget before having work done. I hope this review helps many new customers looking for a good, loyal and honest shop. Thank you again to everyone at bay diagnostics. Ill be seeing you guys for my annual tune up.
