        The service rep was great (Tommy) answered all of my concerns, kept me informed about what was going on,except when he past my car on to the technician who was to fix my concerns, one of them was just never looked at, after a week with a loaner car and two trips from SI I was then told I can leave the car and stay in the loaner car! No not what I wanted , why was the issue not taken care of from the beginning!!!! Im sure we have an idea why, (It wasnt important enough)
