IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!!! This was the worst experience l EVER had with any mechanic. If you expect professionalism, punctuality, COMMON courtesy, respect, DO NOT GO TO GREENLIGHT MOTORWORKS You know first impressions count well .. Let me tell you. I called HAKIN LEANDER on 1/24/2024 and informed him that my car wasn't starting, that l thought it was my starter motor or alternator, but l have a new battery and l will see if it will turn over (l do have some knowledge about cars). We had a great conversation, and he was very pleasant (don't let that fool you).We made an appointment for the next day, and my car still didn't start, so Hakin OFFERED to come and take a look. I thought l hit jackpot. I called and called he answered once and said he got caught up and will be there in 20 mi minutes, l called and called he NEVER SHOWED UP. He called 8am the next day, apologized, and l accepted it. Things happen. Made an appointment for later that day for my husband to show him the car. He showed up hours after the designated time and therefore gave him an instant block . He had my husband's # and finally came. He said it was probably the starter. My husband called me and said he came and he will be coming with a tow truck EARLY IN THE MORNING to pick up the car. I called his cell at 8 am. for a window of time, since l also had plans for that day. NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK. I called the business number, and HAKIN answered, l asked him if he was still coming, and he said HE WAS RUNING a BUSINESS and couldn't tell me ... WOW !!!!!! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. In reading his reviews, my opinion is that he has more energy and dedication and appreciation to dealing with his male customers than female customers. My first impression of this establishment is to NOT GO THERE if you demand the least of common courtesy.
