Reform Showroom Dumbo

We ordered our cabinets from Reform and they are soooo pretty. We also loved working with Hanna. She was super patient and has a great eye. She helped me achieve my vision of having a hidden door in our cabinets for our cleaning closet and pantry. I really wanted a minimalist, Scandi vibe in my kitchen and they nailed it.

We had a terrible experience with this company. Design files were incorrect, they couldn't render with what we selected, cabinets arrived late, were chipped, missing, mislabelled. A total disaster from start to finish and a poor quality product. Very disappointed.

I loved working with reform and Terrin was excellent to deal with , he was really nice, responsive and patient with me. The cabinets look great and I am in love with my new kitchen, it took a while to get them but it was worth the wait.

They designed cabinets that they couldn't build. It took weeks to get answers on what their factory could or could not do. It took months for the cabinets to arrive. They came with no instructions, so even our GC and custom cabinet maker had a hard time putting them together. They sent us the wrong parts. Four different times. The last time I just gave up and found another source because each instance had a months long lag given lead time for them to do or ship anything. They eventually gave us free shipping on the replacement parts to fix their mistake, as some sort of attempt to make up for it. It has been a couple years and the cabinets are all falling apart. Going with these cabinets is one of the top three worst mistakes we made in gut reno. Custom would have been cheaper, better quality, faster, more fit to purpose, and whole ton less painful.

I can only speak to the temporary showroom space as I toured that in person in Feb 2022 while the permanent one in Dumbo was still under construction. It was a great experience and excellent samples, knowledgeable and very helpful staff. My experience ordering was sometimes challenging given some items were damaged / not sized as specified but the response from the Customer Service Team was immediate and very professional. I always emailed the same individual who knew the project well and could help with the various issues. I was even delivered a special screwdriver bit the same day to open a crate! The customer service was incredible and my kitchen turned out even better than I could have imagined. In a world where trying to get connected to anyone who knows even remotely something helpful, this experience while not without its kinks, was expertly handled by the Customer Service Team. I could not recommend more
