Bay Ridge Volkswagen

Came in July of 2020 to get the 2021 Atlas. The biggest mistake I ever did. The manager Frank was the rep. Dry as a bone with no personality. Sold me the car with the wrong keys. Upon driving off couldnt show me any features of the car he was selling. You would think the manager knows what they were selling guess not. Fast forward to February 2022 the car has been in the shop for acting possessed. Started opening and closing the windows, check engine, check tire and then at some point the whole panel lit up. Radio started to shut off. Scary experience during a drive on the highway and the car is acting like it can just shut down on you especially with kids in the car. Had many vehicles through the years but will never get a VW or any car under their umbrella. Beware!!

My wife and I leased our first vehicle in the U.S here, great experience from start to finish. We walked in to see cars only, didn't plan on buying anything but somehow walked out with a car. Our sales rep Davina worked with us patiently, teaching us everything about the car, explaining the difference between leasing and financing, even showed us a a few used cars which we also considered.
