Secretary is very rude, irresponsible, does not care for human e should not have access to sick people. She is unintelligent , I called while I had pain at 9 she refused to help me with any Information. Refuses to answer office calls and hangs up on patients. Her job needs to be done by a kinder more companionate and patient person and the doctor gets all the blame . She is a poor representation of Doctor E. Learner !
