First of all, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID BECAUSE YOU WILL BE LAST PRIORITY NO MATTER WHEN YOUR APPOINTMENT IS OR HOW MANY PEOPLE COME AFTER YOU THEY WILL BE SEEN FIRST!!! I went today because of a pressing dental issue, I waited for a little more than an hour and two people who came after me were seen before me. The second person was what upset me the most because he got there when I had just made one hour and 15 minute mark of waiting and he said to the receptionists sorry for being late and they took him immediately after he came in meanwhile Im still waiting. I requested my documents back and I said I am not coming back. Everyone who came in were of fair skin complexion and highly likely did not have Medicaid like me. Lucky them!!!!! I wasted my time which doesnt come by easy for me when I have three kids. I have extreme pain in my mouth and I wasnt seen by any dentist there, I left with more than mouth pain because now my rear end hurts from sitting for over an hour straight.

I would just say about very satisfactory service of the Dental facility. Everyone was professional starting from front desk through inside. Its really remarkable not an exaggeration. Specifically Hygiene person was so meticulous and responsible on her job.

scheduled cleaning months in ahead, canceled people appointment the day before the appointment date. Wasteof time. So disappointed.
