A costumer Assistant Agent at the back office (Female) is just thinking like a gearbox motion. No flexibility,no assistanceshe cause me a huge delay of a transaction being processed that day. You are helpless Agent and I told you that in your face while leaving. This was my Second worst experience with TD bank branches. Some branches are waste of time if you enter for any kind of transactions. Zero flexibility.Zero Assistantship

Horrible Customer service! The representative is so rude, slow and dont care about any TD customers. The representative was just sitting laughing with employees and customers just to get out of helping other customers. I went there 3 different times for just a replacement card. All 3 times I waited for over an hour for a replacement card. Worst TD bank Ever!!!!!! Customer service needs to be replaced. I will definitely Definitely be getting a new account with Bank of America ASAP!
