Seems like an OK store in general, but just called to ask for an estimate on cleaning a cheap, non-specialty 8'x12' rug that I would BRING in to the store (not even a house call) and was quoted $352 dollars. $352 dollars to squirt some soap on a rug and spray it with a hose...... So that should tell you everything you need to know about this business.

Was looking for a "entry-way" size carpet and happened to come across BCW. Wasn't sure the one I liked would fit but with a 2 day return policy I decided to get it. Turned out to be the exact right size. Really brightens up the space. Gentleman who helped me out was great. I hope he makes it to Europe/Germany some day. Best of luck.

Walked by this place for years and finally went in a few months ago when we needed a rug. We looked online but its impossible to tell what youre getting. Staff was super helpful, nice to see a lot of options in person. They talked us thru material and size considerations and ultimately we got a rug at our price point that were really happy with. Ill go back at some point to get a runner. Highly recommend.
