Most definitely the rudest people. The anesthesiologist was aggressive and unfriendly. The medical staff were rude and unwelcoming. My suggestion would be not to go here. They communicate poorly, vaguely, and rudely. They dont answer the phones most of the time, and the secretaries gave instructions on pre procedure instructions. After researching it myself I saw that the secretary didnt know what she was talking about. They refuse to give a procedure time on the date of scheduling, so theres no way to plan your day. They simply say the clinic will call the day before with the time. If someone is having an important diagnostic procedure, a secretary should not be giving important medical instructions, they are not licensed medical professionals. It goes to show that this place operates very poorly.

Called receptionist placed me on hold then receptionist who has no medical training but thinks shes a doctor the way she sounds she has no manors hung up..unbelievable. I called back no answer again very unprofessional rude and uncaring I'd look else where they hire kids from high school who think because they work answering phones that they're medical professionals and talk down to patients ..why do they do that because it's cheaper to hire these inexperienced receptionist with no etiquette or proper training.

I had an excellent experience seeing Dr.Kingsbury. I Never met a doctor who is so caring about his patients. Dr.Kingsbury took the time to thoroughly examine and explain everything to me, and has excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend seeing him. Jennifer was great and very accommodating.
