Henry and team are incredibly professional and attentive to detail. Very glad we went with them - its been just over a year since the renovation was completed and there has been no issues! We had an issue due to a different contractor and Henry was very helpful in working with us to reschedule, rescope to address the problem caused by someone else. He definitely went above and beyond. Ive worked with Henry and his team several times over the past few years and I highly recommend them! Henry is very professional and responsive and his quality of work is top notch. He made some custom iron frame windows for us a few years ago and his pricing was better than anywhere else and they look amazing! He also replaced our entire kitchen ceiling after an AC installation and youd never even recognize that it wasnt the original ceiling. Its totally seamless. You wont go wrong with Gecko Builds!! We worked with Henry and Gecko Builds to complete a full gut renovation of our house in Flatbush. We found Henry and his team to be very responsive and communicative. Henry came up with some great cost-saving innovations to work within the parameters of the Dept of Buildings guidelines and still execute on our vision/needs. The overall cost was very reasonable for the planned work. I would highly recommend Henry and Gecko Builds.

Gecko Builds did an update on our bathroom after we realized the timeline for a full renovation would not work for us. Henry was great in working through this process with us and we greatly appreciated his patience as we realized we had to scale back our original vision. Henry connected us with vendors to help select new parts for the bathroom and was generally very helpful. The work was done in a timely fashion and also done very well. The bathroom looks great! We also had a few smaller projects around our apartment - patching where a ceiling fan had been and bricking part of our fire place - all work was done really well and the price for everything was very reasonable. Overall, I'd highly recommend Gecko!

Henry and his team did an amazing bathroom renovation and a custom loft closet / millwork in our Brooklyn apartment. They were great accommodating the unconventional design ideas and materials we chose (tiles, fixtures, wallpaper, etc). There were challenges that came up given we live in a 100 year old building, but Henry patiently worked through them and gave us timely updates. The outcome looks better than we expected and it was completed on time. We definitely recommend Gecko Builds to our neighbors and friends.
