Best Western Plus Arena Hotel

This Hotel is now closed and turned into a sanctuary, but there are no notice or any information on their website, they did not reach out to me with my already booked room either.

Very comfortable an clean - parking right beside and staff are pleasant - breakfast is a lacklustre affair in a plain room but is included in price.

This place is nice, clean, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The only issue I had was accommodations when it came to breakfast. There are people who would take more than one plate, but leave everyone else no breakfast to eat other than that I would come back Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 5/5 More

I booked this hotel because it was close to my daughter's new apartment and thought it would be a nice walk.  WRONG.  The location is sooooo sketchy and I was afraid to walk around alone, even in the morning!  My first night, there was a "guest" next door who evidently lives there (not sure how long term her stay is) and she had her music and TV up full blast all night.  The front desk staff moved me the next morning and that night was so much better, but the hotel overall was loud and reeked of weed.  Out front there were numerous cars with missing wheels, flat tires etc.  Could be parking for an auto body place nearby...but still.  Not a good first impression.  I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all and won't be back.

I recently had the misfortune of the loss of my childhood best friend and had to stay in a hotel for the funeral, as I no longer have family in the area. I booked a room at this Best Western location and could not have been more pleased! The staff was very friendly (which I didn't expect from my hometown), the room was great, and the location was close to good local eating spots. Another thing I must mention about the room - it was the cleanest-smelling hotel room I have ever been in! I had to do the peaking around for hidden dirt (mold, something) and found nothing. The only disappointment was that there were no USB outlets, but fortunately I had my own charging equipment. If I have to return to Brooklyn for anything, I'm definitely staying here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience despite my circumstances for being there. Rooms: Very clean, but no USB ports.
