        Great location in Brooklyn, right by a useful subway station. Staff were fine - not the most attentive, but polite and got the job done. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

        If you stay here, you will regret it. I chose this hotel because my four year old wanted a pool on vacation. We ended up using the pool for fifteen minutes, on only one of our four night stays. It was too chlorinated, the hot tub and sauna were not working. But that's not the bad part. Our sheets on both beds were stained. "Fresh" clean towels has boogers and stains on them, and one smelled so strongly of vomit I gagged when I used it. Housekeeping skipped our room one day so we had to call for towels. Housekeeping came when my whole family were waiting to leave for dinner and it was uncomfortable. The woman was nice. Only two elevators and it takes 10+ minutes to get one, if you're lucky and it doesn't just pass by because it is full. If you try to use stairs you end up turning around because they don't go to all floors. Brown stains on sheets and unclean towels should be bad enough, but the entire experience was terrible and I regret booking this for my family. The front desk staff were polite and the restaurant were good, and the location great, but really that is the only bright spot in this trip.

        I had the worst experience at this hotel. First off, the staff could not find my reservation. They were rude and were questioning whether I had really booked with them. Luckily, nowadays everything is on smartphones, so I was able to pull it from my email. It still took them another 30 minutes to figure it out. I never received an apology, but cold, disregarding eyes. Customer services needs to be improved. Next, got to my room and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The toilet smelled like a rotten sewer. Of course I called them about this, and was told that they did not have any other room available. Did not even offer to send someone to check the smell. NEVER again will I come back to this God forsaken 1-star hotel.
