I paid him for deep cleaning. He said it will be done. My schedule was 1:00 PM. But he came at 4 pm. He troubled me for 3 hours. And neither my bathroom was cleaned properly nor the kitchen nor the ground floor was cleaned properly. And neither did the cleaner have it. There was so much cleaning material that was not there. And he took the money for deep cleaning and went away after doing regular cleaning. I was very saddened by this, I am very upset. I have the video as well as photo's

I have never seen my apartment as clean and organized like today!! Tiffany is such a sweetheart, was amazing at her job! She was so dedicated even in the smallest details. Im extremely happy!!!!

I had just moved into a loft in Brooklyn NY and was in need of a good deep clean, the place was filthy and the last thing I want to do is clean a big loft while Im in the process of moving my belongings inside. I searched online and came across germsmart and they were able to have someone come tomorrow morning. Jacky was wonderful, she came on time and brought her own cleaning supplies and immediately went to work, she really focused on thoroughly cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets, fridge, all kitchen appliances and the windows which I mentioned was very important to me. Overall she did an amazing job cleaning the entire place and it looked completely different after she was finished, the kitchen appliances were sparkling, the wooden floors were glossy and I couldnt be more happier. I would definitely request Jacky again in the future.
