R & P Handyman Kensington

Wanted to charge me $450 for a technician to replace 4 feet of grout/ caulking around the rim of my bath tub plus two three inch areas that needed grout in window ledge above the bath tub. This firm charged $300 the year before to do extensive regrouting in the same bath room. The grout that they used was not mildew resistant. On two days, we set up appointments for a technician to come and review the area. On both days, the technician failed to show up at the announced time. The technician went out into the hall to talk on the phone, before giving us the $450 estimate number. We were astounded.

Very friendly and professional. the owner, responded quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. I asked if he could come the next day, and he sent someone out when I asked. The tech showed up and was very friendly. He finished the job and it looks great!

I really appreciate the service the handyman from R & P Handyman Kensington provided us with. He was very hardworking and was able to finish the countertop installation and some minor repairs in the kitchen within the afternoon. Amazing work!!
