A-LIN Laundromat

I recently began coming here and the prices are quite reasonable as compared to the other places Ive been. Unfortunately the people working there cant speak English that well but whenever I need help with a machine or exchange some money theyre quite fast and reliable. Once when I forgot to get my clothes I came back a few days later and they still had it! Ive also noticed that they had little pictures on their walls, when I asked they enthusiastically said its their kids.(I find that sweet on how excited they were.)

Theres free wifi and folding table. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets for purchase. They offer reasonable drop off laundry services. Clean space and functional machines.

I would give this laundromat place a zero if I could. The man that works in the evening is always rude and always yelling at the customers, when they ask him a question. He has poor customer service to be dealing with customers.

A Negative zero would be the Best Rating!! The Staff Member/Manager whoever the gentleman is that work at this laundromat, is beyond RUDE and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Skills. He is always sleeping and gets upset when you ring the bell or ask for assistance. This is the worst laundromat in this area, stop giving him your business!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR from STAFF/MANAGEMENT! I just moved to this neighborhood and started coming to this laundromat about a month ago. I am beyond extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by the gentleman that usually works in the evening in this laundromat. Not only did he have a terrible attuite with me, but he is extremely rude and disrespectful with me and other customers. A customer had simply asked him about the dryer not drying properly, and the she had added a few dollars and all she wanted was for the machine to be fixed or reimbursed to use another machine. He started yelling and screaming at her for no reason and not understanding her request. A few minutes later, I asked him something else about a machine and he came at me and yelled me as well, and told me "mind your business" with an attitude. My request had nothing to do with what the other person had asked him, then he continued yelling and laughing accusing me of stealing fabric softener for the second time without evidence, and his tone was incredibly rude and condescending. It is very clear that he has no customer service etiquette or respect for his customers! His accusations, were unfounded and unprofessional. People like this should not be in the customer service industry, if you can't be nice, understanding and helpful to your customers dont work in the customer service world. This kind of Behavior is completely unacceptable and it made my experience at this laundromat extremely unpleasant. I will be taking my business down the block to 57 St, where they are super nice, pleasant and kind. I urge others to do the same until this staff member/manager is replaced or trained in proper customer service etiquette. No one should have to endure such disrespectful treatment when simply trying to use a service. This laundromat needs to step up their game in terms of customer service and ensure that their staff, especially the manager, treat their customers with the respect and service they deserve.
