They are the worst mortgage servicer I have been involved with. They bought my mortgage and I have never hated being with a company more. Their name should be changed. They do not represent AMERICA or FREEDOM. They do not care about the people they service. WILL NOT let me pay mortgage on a weekly or by weekly payment to be able to reduce my interest and payment. If you can steer away from them I'd say do it.

I was hired to work for this company through an agency before my start date I had had identity theft from unemployment and I had to schedule an appointment time and date to come in to get it resolved I was also car jacked two days before I was supposed to start it so of course upon starting my assignment I was late to training by an hour for one day to pick up my release papers for my car from the police station and then I was late to training two hours on the next day because of my appointment for my identity theft because I was not able to be attentive at the start of training Miss Alexis Brown decided she no longer wanted me too work with me Yeah they stress empathy and sincerity for all of the customers but it seems they do not hold themselves to the same standards when it comes to their employees or Miss Brown would have found my situation to be one of consideration especially since I was doing so well in my training so this is not a good company to work for because they have no concern or consideration of what's taking place with their employees whether you come from a temp agency or if you were a direct hire they do not mean what they say.  My life was turned upside down and yet I still tried my best to do what I needed to do when it came to starting this job and they could care less

Can you give zero stars? Don't trust them, they lie ruin your credit and refuse to fix the issue even when they admit they were wrong.Long story in Cliff Notes version...Applied for a Refi loan in April all was good, late July early August they denied the loan. During this process many hiccups that they admitted were there problem but my loan would be fine no worries. The loan denial came after they ran one of our credits four times in a day and the other four time that week. Admitted it was there fault but said sorry nothing we can do.Also if you try to get a loan here and are denied, check your home insurance, during my process they took over as mortgagee in May, but they never held my mortgage . Never got anything from anyone of a change we only found out when I had to apply for a claim because of some storms and the agent said Freedom had my mortgage and they would report to them. Took me over an hour to fix on the phone, Freedom has no answers as to why they did this when we had no closing.Stay clear of them unless unfortunately you want to be hosed by company that doesn't care. Never try and call them either you will be on hold for hours, emails are never responded to. BBB complaints are given cookie cutter responses.
