I went here for an oil change a few weeks ago. This was my first time getting an oil change. When I entered I asked for an oil change and I was instructed to have a seat to wait for the job to be done. When it was time for me to pay he told me $80. I always thought oil changes were around $40 but I didn't question the $80 he told me being that he had just told a lady before that hers was $130, I just thought maybe my assumption was wrong. When I got home, I had a conversation with my mom& expressed to her that I didnt know oil changes cost that much. When I told her how much I paid, she said that they took advantage of me. My mom went there a few days prior and paid around $40 for hers. Upon reviewing the receipt, I saw that I was charged for a deluxe or premium oil change. I never asked for deluxe or premium anything, so they just took it upon themselves to charge me for the most expensive oil change. That's not how you do business. If you offer different quality changes that should've been explained. When I asked for an oil change I should've been asked which one I wanted. You don't just go& charge your customers for the most expensive service you offer without notifying them of there options.
