    I just came here to say that Celina and William are the absolute BEST hands down! From the time I contacted the company Celina was very helpful and very thorough. Got a same day appointment which is a PLUS! When William arrived my experience got even better than expected. Very helpful and very knowledgable. Had no problems walking me through each step and even gave me a few extra pointers on things to look out for in the future. Definitely will be a loyal customer from here on out. Thank you!

    It pains me because I wanted this to work out however it didnt. I contact Mobile4U due to my husbands car not starting. They responded promptly and got someone out that day for a diagnostic. After the diagnostic, I was told the starter didnt work and that parts as well as labor would be about $400. I inquired about would this service need towing and provided the correct car model and vin information. The appointment was set for the following morning. The following morning, the mechanic was already late then I got a call stating that they misquoted me and that my new total would be $700. I asked what could cause my total to increase by 75% and was told the representative to gave me this quote gave me the wrong information. I inquired whether I had provided incorrect information to put me in this situationthat wasnt the case. After speaking to a supervisor, I explained how could as the service is about to rendered that my cost increase by 75%. I could not understand how that could be and how could someone give me a wrong quote if the car information I provided was 100% correct. No one could explain. I also explained that someone could deem this be suspicious because how could there be no one to review the following days appointment the night prior to check all this? Someone could easily think they are being scammed out of money. I was literally in a situation where I needed the vehicle operating, I thought I secured a quote and service THEN was bamboozled. Seeking another mechanic, diagnostic, and having services rendered would put me another 2 days behind. After speaking to the supervisor who could not explain how this quality assurance and lack of performance improve my could happen, I spoke to my husband and we decided to just have the starter repaired. Once agreed, the onsite mechanic drove off. I had to contact the rep; the mechanic stated he didnt feel comfortable making the repair. The supervisor got someone out late that evening and subsequent job was finished the following day. Its not over Thinking all was repaired, we started the car and now the check engine light came on. We contacted the mechanic who repaired the starter and of course we received no one out to check on this issue and no follow up phone call. Over all I was in a bind and needed the car repaired but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied the service and would not recommend. Follow-up: after being serviced the check engine light came on. I contacted the mechanic who completed the starter repair and he was eager to come out to see what the issue was however the supervisor told him not to come out because I did not agree to spend more money on an issue created by the starter repair. I was told if in the process of them fixing something and they damage something to fix it they would offer a discount. Again, Overall I would not recommend this company. I had poor experience. The service was terrible. The customer service was even worst than terrible.
