Unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed with the overall service I received. The primary issues revolve around the inadequate level of service provided and the broken promise of a free oil change after seventh time The first problem I encountered was the lack of attention to detail during the oil change process. The technician seemed rushed and disinterested, which resulted in a sloppy job. I noticed oil smudges on my car's exterior, indicating a lack of care. Additionally, the oil filter was not properly tightened, causing a small leak that required me to revisit the shop to fix the problem. Furthermore, the car oil change guy failed to fulfill his commitment to provide a free oil change after the sixth visit. I had been looking forward to this perk and had even mentioned it during my previous visits. Another aspect that left much to be desired was the customer service provided. The car oil change guy seemed disorganized and unprofessional. His attitude towards customers was indifferent, and he did not take the time to address my concerns or provide any explanation for the lack of quality service. I understand that running a small business can be challenging, but it is important to maintain consistent quality and honor commitments made to customers. Unfortunately, in my experience, this car oil change guy failed to meet those expectations. Given the unsatisfactory service, broken promises, and lack of attention to detail, I cannot recommend this car oil change guy to others. It is essential to find a service provider who values customer satisfaction and delivers a high-quality experience. I will be seeking an alternative option for my future oil changes to ensure a more reliable and professional service.
