My home's plumbing malfunctioning was the worst news. Finding an honest plumber is hard enough without adding costs. Brooklyn Plumbing was located online by my daughter. She merely gave me that moniker because to reviews. Just that they handled my plumbing and myself well. Patrick and Rocky answered flawlessly, going over everything with me. I wanted to be sure I was receiving what I paid for and knew what they were doing because I was paying a lot to restore everything. I have them on my phone and they were great. I'll use them again if I need plumbing services. I recommend this plumbing company without hesitation. Very good. The team in my home was polite, humorous, diligent, and reliable. The plumber that resolved my issue, Patrick, was knowledgable, kind, and proficient. He took care of all my worries and didn't leave until we were happy. Every time they were going to be late, they would always phone to let us know. Brooklyn put a lot of effort into resolving a little scheduling issue. Patrick didn't make an effort to upsell me or enrol us in pointless services. He showed me and my house respect. Brooklyn Plumbing has my unqualified recommendation.
