Delton Cheng: We had the privilege to find a realtor who got the job done when no prior realtor could get us to closing. Delton was professional, communicated regularly, he came to the property whenever it was needed. He even brought me tea when I was sick. We had two properties that he got sold for us. I appreciate how he hung in there to see it to the end with consistency. We had an extraordinarily long closing period. Even though none of us foresaw how long it would take, it never changed his dedication. I thank him very much.

Delroy wasted alot of my time when im seriously trying to find an apartment. Why make someone come for a viewing and talk their ear off about how you gonna help them and then you become hard to reach, says hell send me links to move my approval foward and never does. Now i have to find another agent

It was a pleasure meeting Micheal Brincat his service of selling my condo was great brought in good people and the prize was right. Very professional, well spoken and knows his job well. Whenever I needed him was always there to answer all of my questions. In all I give Micheal a rate of 10. He is such a good person, I would recommend him as an real estate agent.
