        I had purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses here in late June (great customer service then also, btw) but unfortunately, the hard case that came with them did not hold up well in my summer tote bag. I stopped by to see if they might replace the case, even brought my receipt. They accommodated me right away though - very courteous and just asked for the old case back and provided me with a new one.
