An actual inperson store with lots of tile samples to look through. So important if you're particular about color. When a tile we had bought were not to standard they quickly rectified the problem. Countertop template making crew was also great. Great service, highly recommend!

Dennis is very helpful and patient with us as we were looking for tiles for the bathroom and kitchen and backsplash. Very insightful on what we were looking for and detailed in giving recommendations.

Galactic Tiles provided me with the wall tiles and grout for my bathroom renovation and I couldn't have been more pleased. Rosario was very helpful in every step of the process, sending me photos of different grout options and clearly explaining the different options (sizes, matte vs. glossy). When I needed a threshold tile for the project, she immediately sent me the photo of an option that complemented the walls. The warehouse is just around the corner and scheduling the delivery was efficient and reasonably priced. Though "big box" stores may have deeper selections, the professionalism, friendliness, and quality of products at Galactic Tiles will keep me going back for any future projects.
