First off, a terrible place. Old man in there charged 35$ to just put one of my new tires and rims and mind you this doesn't include balancing. I'm a mechanic for the past 15 years plus and still in the field. Grew up in a tire shop working to a few franchise shops like Pep Boys. So first off from dukes telling he couldn't take out the tpms sensor without popping the tire bead first to determine if the sensor was salvageable was poor on him. Also the no balancing just to get a tire installed only honestly is robbery. So I suggest go to a real tire shop that balances tires not just install.

one of the worst tire shops I've ever been to they took on a job they have no experience doing they attempted to straighten my rim and did one of the worst jobs ever as you can see by the attached pictures don't waist your time don't go there trust me they failed at straightening my rim and tried to comfort me by telling me they're not charging me well now my repair cost more I have to get a whole new rim they have zero care about that i waited a hour and change for a attempt no good I wouldn't recommend fixing your bike tire there

Business Response on Google Mar 16th, 2024
We apologize you were not satisfied with our service, Unfortunately the old man explained the situation of the corrosion In the rubber of the sensor and then you refuse to have that job done which was the charge of $15 dollars of the regular valve then the additional charge of the $20 dollars to put the tire on.. and in order for you to see if the TPMs is salvageable we always have to pop the bead to see what’s going on inside and outside to determine the diagnosis.
