        A few months ago I paid for my rotors, struts and brakes to be replaced. The same day I left the shop my axial broke just as I was getting off the highway with my child in the car. We could have died. Vehicle was towed back to there shop. Do you know they left the cracked axial on the vehicle and paired it like that. Found out from another mechanic who told me to take it back and make them fix it.Now my car sounds like Im playing a broken CD whenever I hit a bounce or make a turn. Its literally like I had nothing done. So Im bringing it back April 10th 2024 .As if the first near death experience wasnt enough. Hopefully they will fix the problem.( email corporate the regional manger was supposed to reach out but nothing)

        They fixed some work that another Mavis location did poorly. This location honored the warranty with no problems, they were super helpful - fast turnaround, quality work, responsive, etc.
