Called to check on vehicle and was abruptly hung up on after being told "We don't have an RV", I was given conformation from Progressive roadside assistance that it was towed to this business. I didn't get a chance to even ask or explain anything before the guy hung up phone. Follow up: I called back and the owner Mike acknowledged they have my RV and that the earlier employee made an error. I asked why he hung up on me and Mike told me to remove the review if i wanted help with the situation. I said no, thats extortion and that if* we resolve the issues then* I will consider updating the review. He called me very rude derogatory homoohobic names, told me I need therapy, threatened me, and then hung up.
