I just lost gutters in the recent snowstorm with extensive damage to my soffit and facia. One week later Blackrock Roofing came out and repaired all the damage and had gutters replaced. They were fast efficient and cleaned up the worksite like it never even happened. I highly recommend Blackrock Roofing.

Sales guy calls and leaves a voicemail at 11am saying he will be 15 mins late to our 11am appointment. Not a problem. Shows up, looks at whats needed and says This is not a good fit, we dont tie into roofs that are 15 years old. House was built in 2009, recently put on a front porch and had called them to setup an appointment. Told them the age of the house and that they will be tying into an existing roof. Guy on the phone said not a problem and sets up appointment. Sales guy comes out and immediately says not a good match, not our process and we will never tie into existing roofs. I understand if that is their policy, I dont understand why would you waste somebodys time when you could have said that on the phone. And the sales guy was extremely rude, tells me we can argue about it if you want LOL Rude and obnoxious pretty much sums up my experience with the sales guy who showed up from this company.

They did a complete roof tear off on both my home and shed. Everyone, from my first call until the job was finished, was professional and responsive. I would highly recommend them.
