This is not directed at anyone, but I am always open to constructive criticism that will help improve my clients' experiences. If anyone ever has any suggestions please call, text or email me anytime. I promise to respond promptly. This person has never been my client. I have checked all of my records and I have never lost a hearing for anyone named Brian. I will now speak in general terms. I don’t believe in strong arming anyone into becoming a client and signing paperwork. In fact, if a potential client tells me that they are contacting other attorneys, as well, I have always encouraged the individual to follow through. Finding the right attorney is such an important first step. I have also recommended other attorneys if I think they are a better fit for a client. I don’t think most clients realize that 90% of the work is performed before a hearing, not at a hearing. I write a brief for every client and present it ahead of time to the judge. I submit all kinds of evidence well ahead of the hearing. I think it is important that a judge have time to consider and reflect upon all of the evidence before the hearing. I don’t want to just spout off at a hearing with new ideas. Many judges already have a strong slant towards how they will decide the case before the hearing. No attorney wins 100% of their cases, but I am proud of my winning record.
