        Do not make a reservation here...beware. I had a confirmed reservation here and the alley and left me a voice-mail stating they were not going to honor the reservation/confirmation because they didn't have cars. Stranded me in Buffalo.

        Our left windscreen wiper popped off 2 days after picking it up from the Manhattan branch. After visiting 2 different Buffalo Enterprise locations unsuccessfully, Jacob solved our problems quickly by calling their designated mechanic and booking us in for an appointment immediately. Forever grateful!
