Budget Car Rental

Rental cars are always a rip off and recently they all changed their policy where you have to use a credit card. There is nothing "budget" about this place. Charging this much to rent a car is murder. I think I'll take the bus or Uber, thanks.

I had to go through a total of 3 vehicles before getting into one that was satisfactory. The 2nd vehicle had such a strong smell of urine that it was nauseating. The 2 stars are solely because the gentleman in the outdoor hut did his best to accommodate me and get me into a safe and clean vehicle. The staff was kind/friendly, but the vehicle inventory could use a thorough inspection.

PLEASE PLEASE Do not take car rental from Budget in Buffalo airport. Managers sitting in the booth are so irresponsible that dont do anything if you report any issue. I would recommend to take Enterprise rental for hassle free service, these guys just blame everything on client rather than focusing on providing good services. They expect client to run around to report the issue than ensure the cars are clean prior to handing it over I was in a hurry to leave so had no idea where to find the staff to report but the manager attitude was so bad it felt like they give a damn about their service.
