My cat who has historically been very healthy suddenly came down with profuse vomiting. Things were starting to look a little scary and I had to do what I had never had to before, which was take an animal to an emergency vet. I found this place online, the website was easy to traverse and clearly directed me to the call-first number. They took my information over the phone and had my cat prepped for arrival. Within a few minutes of walking through the door we were roomed and seen by a tech. Altogether it took 2 hours for a full history / physical exam, labs with results, sedation + imaging, treatment and discharge instructions. I work at a (human) hospital, and to be seen, treated, and discharged that quickly was insanely refreshing, as I was fully expecting to be there half the day. The doc in charge of my cat had a sound diagnostic thought process and kept me in the loop in regards to prices and how this may influence my decision making. I spent about as much as I figured I would at an animal ER, not a fun card to swipe but expected. They sent me home with some feeding supplies, meds and her diagnostic results for outpatient follow up. She was improved within 8 hours of her discharge. I would highly recommend this clinic for any emergency animal needs.

Went in today because I noticed a lump under my dogs jaw. We waited about two and a half hours which was expected as they are an ER. The front desk staff was very nice. The vet Dr Doyle was also very very nice and showed real empathy towards my dog. I walked out with two antibiotics and spent well under what I had anticipated.

All of the vets and staff that we worked with were very unsympathetic and did not have the best interest in the animal. The vets just kept very rudely trying to guilt me into spending thousands of dollars on unpromised solutions and without offering offering alternative solutions. Worst vet experience ever, I would expect a lot better care from people working in this field. Immediately trying to make us buy the $600 red alert with no guarantee of any money back or any success. This place is clearly just a money grab. Threatening to call animal cruelty on us they forced us to put our animal down without allowing us to attempt alternative solutions to save our pet. This was a very traumatic experience for my whole family, we would never recommend anyone ever go to this vet.
