        As for the ATM, on a windy day, my money tends to fly out of the slot when I am depositing the money. They just updated their policy, and limited you to only 10 transactions in a day, and only up to a $1000 maximum limit using your debit card. I know it's for security purposes, but what they should do is try to find out the average times you use your card every day, and what your maximum limit use has been, and use that as a base-line for each individual. It's because of this policy I may be forced to go with a different bank.

        Never have any change for weeks while key bank never have issues. Have to deposit here and then go to key to get change is annoying. Black cashier lady has nasty attitude so go to a different line when you see her.

        Went there today on a Saturday and it was crazy busy but I had an appointment with Braelin and she was great. Very fast and friendly. A+++

        Bank tellers are rude and ignore people in line. Hate coming here. Will only go to m&t that is in North tonawanda on Payne ave
