The receptionist IS SOOOOO RUDE!!!! I got off work at 5:30 and rushed over to pick up my glasses by 6pm. I got there at 5:50 and the doors were locked, the receptionist tried to tell me they were closed because its 5 minutes to 6pm it was 5:53pm. Then got disrespectful because I said no Im coming in to get my glasses. So rude!! The other man was working with another customer and also acted like he couldnt see me. I waited until AFTER 6 for them to even see me. The doctor here was very nice and she was helpful. The receptionist is absolutely HORRIBLE. Both times I came here

Minus 1 STAR as I waited quite a bit of time after the eye exam with a frame in my hands to get taken care of, but I understand they are short staffed. Staff was great, but PLEASE stop sending so many reminders and making me confirm my appointment so many times. I booked a month out and I confirmed immediately each time and still got a gazillion messages. No exaggeration: 6 emails, 6 text messages, a phone call, and confirming a total of **3** separate times at various intervals (once by phone via robot agent which has a ridiculous verification system, once by text, once by email)... just... too much. My only negative feedback of this company not specifically anything this location did. Also they automatically scheduled me for another appointment 1 year out without telling me (except by receiving yet another text). I wonder if I will get another 52 texts to last me a whole year reminding me of my new appointment
