I called for a woman whose purse was locked inside her veh. Three companies insisted that payment was required before they would send service. TLRA Rep; Zach, immediately accepted. The woman was at The ARC of Erie County, and she was with her daughter who has Special Needs. Not that it should make a difference, but I think that it DID warrant a different consideration and TLRA Rep, Zach agreed! This is a rarity in business practices today. Its good to know that there are still those kinds of businesses servicing the Public! Thank you again, Zach!

I called for help in getting my car out of the snow. The person who answered the phone stated: Ill be driving by that area; if the roads are open; Ill call you back. An hour later I called the number back and he hung up my call and sent it to voicemail. Its now been 2.5 hours since Ive called; and I havent even got a call back. I mean even if you cant help me; at least have the decency to call back.

I was stuck in the snow very early in the morning. The driver was there in less than 30 minutes, and got me out in no time. I will recommend them to anyone who needs assistance.
